Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Customers are eligible for a full refund only if they request it within a period of 24 hours from the time of their purchase or agreement initiation.

2. Non-refundable Services
Once we have initiated the process of building the website, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. It is crucial for customers to be certain of their requirements and their decision to proceed with our services. We highly encourage customers to communicate any questions or concerns they might have before the initiation of the website building process.

Project Delivery and Support Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe At Xact Designs
we are committed to delivering the highest quality projects in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time for each project will be communicated to the customer at the start of the project.

2. Delays
While we strive to complete projects within the communicated timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, complexities, or changes in project requirements. In such cases, we will always communicate any changes in delivery timeframes to our customers.

3. Revisions
The final project is eligible for one revision only. Any additional revisions will be calculated as working hours and will be charged at a rate of $25 per hour.

4. Project Support and Maintenance
We provide complimentary support for a period of three months after project completion, limited to a maximum of one hour per month. If the customer requires additional support beyond this allocated time, an hourly rate of $25 will be charged for every extra hour of support.

5. Handover
Upon project completion, the final product will be handed over to the customer using encrypted data such as email and password, or by transferring the project ownership directly to the customer.

6. Portfolio Usage
We reserve the right to showcase any designs or projects we complete as part of our portfolio or marketing materials, ensuring no sensitive customer information is disclosed.
